Betgrouse Review: Scam or Safe?

Betgrouse Review: Scam or Safe?

Betgrouse is a very fresh new casino with a lot of potential. We can say that because the house is licensed by the two top gaming regulators in the world – MGA in Malta and UKGC in Britain. The casino is solid, but we cannot help but note that some aspects of it needs improvement, and quickly. We particularly talk about the bonuses offered, as the promos are simply not good, compared to other casinos.

In the following review, we'll see the bonuses, will discuss the licenses, will test the payment system, and will check the gaming library of Betgrouse so that players are provided with all the details they need to know about Betgrouse. Let's start with the bonuses first.

We were really excited to dive into Betgrouse, as we already knew it's a licensed casino authorised by top regulators. That is critical for us, so we loaded the expectations. When we landed in the Promotions page of Betgrouse, however, we were simply disappointed by what we saw. The casino offers only two bonus offers with prizes that are way below the industry standards. Let us talk more about it.

Welcome Bonus Casino – the welcoming offer for new clients and their first deposits. Applies to casino games only and unlocks with a minimum deposit of €20 or equivalent. The prize, however, is nothing impressive – 100% up to €25 and 25 free spins on the slot Book of Dead. The wagering requirement is 35 times, while the cash-out limit is only €100. Note that Skrill and Neteller deposits do not qualify for this promotion.

Welcome Bonus Sports – for sports betting, new players and their first deposits. No particular deposit is needed, but players need to place a bet of €15 in order to claim a free bet of €10. The prize is not subject to wagering requirements, so once the free bet is used, all winnings are available for cashing out. Withdrawal limits also do not apply.

And that's basically it. As you can see the size of the bonuses is really low, so there is nothing to attract new players, really. We don't know why Betgrouse chose to come out with such unimpressive promotions, but those are the facts – the casino bonus is up to €25, while the sports betting one is up to €10.

One probability is that Betgrouse is a very new casino so that they haven't really loaded the bag with presents. Whatever the case, Betgrouse must include more promotions, including reloads, additional free spins events and possibly cashback. We are looking forward to seeing whether they'll improve or not.

Betgrouse is licensed. You can see proof of their registration with the British UKGC. Their Maltese (MGA) license, however, was impossible to verify, unfortunately. The thing is that the domain still doesn't appear as authorised under the license of Aspire Global – the company that provides the gaming platform for the casino. We believe it's due to the fact that Betgrouse went online literally yesterday, so not all details have been fixed by now.

Anyhow, Betgrouse is owned by Scartesu Limited, which will operate with the license of Aspire Global International Limited. So to speak, Betgrouse is a white label casino but that's not a thing you should worry about. Indeed, very many top casino operate with the license of Aspire, which, as already noted, is the provider of the gaming infrastructure and the technology for Betgrouse. That being the case, the gaming experience in Betgrouse should be impeccable.

MGA is known to guarantee the protection of minors and vulnerable players, safeguard players’ rights, promote responsible gaming in a safe environment, ensure the integrity of games and gaming devices, and keep gaming free from criminal activities. Casinos authorised by MGA are supervised efficiently, and all the games offered are guaranteed to have certified RTP. All slots are run by RNG (Random Number Generators), which generate completely random and unbiased results, ensuring authenticity and fairness for players during gameplay.

As for UKGC, the regulator primarily authorises casinos that are operating in the United Kingdom. That being the case, the Brits impose very strict rules and regulations that ensure fair gameplay, transparency, fair deposit/withdrawal conditions and means to raise a dispute if you feel casinos hasn't treated you right. All in all, UKGC is known to be among the most stringent authorities, so a license granted by this regulator is exceptionally valuable for casinos and players alike.

Below, you can find the restricted countries, which are not so many – a plus for the casino. Keep in mind, though, that certain gaming providers may impose additional restrictions, so if a particular slot is unavailable for you, it's not the casino to blame.

Restricted countries: American Samoa, Guam, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S.

The deposit policy of Betgrouse is very good. The house accepts very many payment methods, but the availability will depend on players' country of residence. In our case, we were limited to bank cards, Skrill and Neteller only, but we can also confirm that all methods in the table, but not limited to, are accepted by Betgrouse.

The minimum deposit is also competitive – only €10 to start wagering, so Betgrouse happens to be an affordable gaming house. We like such casinos. Each deposit is free and instant.

When it comes to withdrawals, the policy is also good, but there are some imperfections we should note.

The minimum withdrawal is more than good – only €10 for most methods with the exception of bank transfers (the casino doesn't specify any requirements). The maximum single withdrawal transaction is unknown, however, as it will depend on the payment method chosen.

The withdrawal limits aren't the best. The monthly cap is €7000, which isn't a competitive amount. Other casinos have much more relaxed withdrawal policies and allow tens of thousands of euro withdrawn per month.

The processing time also isn't the best. Unless otherwise specified, the processing time is up to 5 days, which is much longer than the industry standard of 24-48 hours. The good news is that withdrawal requests for most of the methods accepted by Betgrouse are processed quicker than 5 days.

The inactivity policy is good – accounts with no login for 12 months will be charged

The gaming library of Betgrouse is good, as the house works with some of the best providers in the industry. That said, however, we shall note that PragmaticPlay, one of the best gaming studio, does not deliver slots to Betgrouse, which is a fact noteworthy. Pragmatic develops some of the most popular and beloved slots, so the absence of it means that Betgrouse's library is not excellent, but remains very good for now.

See some new slots: Squealin Riches, Gold Rush Express, London Roulette, Raging Rex 3, Apollos Rings, Halloween Horrors Megaways, Golden Dragon Inferno, Expansion, Amazing Link Medusa, Count It Up, Holidays Joker Halloween, 100k Joker, Gem Fire Frenzy, Benny the Beer, Return of The Green Knight, Fox Fortunata, Stellar 7s, Royal Seven XXL Deluxe, Alpha Gold, Trouts Treasure Wild Rivers, Triple Irish, Chaos Crew 2, Trouts Treasure Deep Water, Blazing Mammoth XL, Book of Mega Moolah, Eggs Bonanza, Legend of Perseus, Serendipity Deluxe 6, Blazing Lake, Rising Rewards etc.

Expectedly, as a casino running on the Aspire platform, Betgrouse offers Live Casino. The library including Roulette, Blackjack, Poker, Baccarat and Sic Bo tables, as well as Live Shows. Here are the Live Shows: Lightning Roulette, Monopoly, Crazy Time, Dream Catcher, Lightning Dice, Football Studio, Deal or No Deal, First Person Dream Catcher, First Person Mega Ball, First Person Top Card, First Person Lightning Roulette, Mega Ball, Funky Time, 32 Cards, Lucky 7, Crazy Coin Flip and Gonzo's Treasure Hunt.

As already noted many times, Betgrouse offers Sportsbook, as well. Players can choose from a wide variety of sports, including Football, Horse Racing, Tennis, Basketball, Ice Hockey, Formula 1, American Football, Baseball, Cricket, Specials, Aussie Rules, Badminton, Boxing, Cycling, Darts, Futsal, Gaelic Hurling, Gaelic Football, Golf, Handball, Floorball, MMA, Motorcycle Racing and even more.

The number of outcomes you can bet on are simply intimidating – hundreds of options including final result, goals, 1st/2nd half, corners, cards etc. If you enjoy sports betting, you'll be really impressed by what Betgrouse has to offer in its Sportsbook section.

Betgrouse is a very new casino that literally popped out yesterday. Given the age of the casino, we are really impressed by some of their offers, especially the Sportsbook. On the other hand, though, there are noteworthy imperfections that should be fixed. Let's start with the positive aspects. Betgrouse is licensed by MGA and UKGC, which guarantees spotless gaming service. The casino' Sportsbook section is impeccable, the deposit/withdrawal policy is very good (with a few exceptions), and the slot library is also very good.

When it comes to the negative features, the first one we shall note is the bonus policy. It's simply not good enough, and it drops Betgrouse's rating significantly. Another thing we can point are the issues in the MGA license validation, but we are confident that very soon the domain will be officially included in the list of approved domains of Aspire.

So, with all those things considered, we can say that Betgrouse is a good casino with the potential to become a very good casino. To do so, Betgrouse should start offering more bonuses.
