Bitz Casino Review: Scam or Safe?

Bitz Casino is seemingly a Russian house that's below any accepted standards. We consider it Russian for it's available only in Russian and English languages, accepts only Russian payment methods for fiat money (maybe) and it filled our browser with cookies of Yandex. That's why we think it's a Russian piece of work.

But why we say it's below all accepted standards. Well, the reasons are many starting with the malfunctioning website that really got on our nerves after just a few minutes of browsing. The main problem is that if you don't clear the website's cookies every 5 minutes or so, entire sections will begin disappearing. A proof of it is seen in the picture below – at one point the entire Bonus page showed a message it's empty.

And that's not all. After another couple of minutes browsing, the lobby disappeared, too, as no game would load, even the featured images. It got fixed when we cleared the cookies, but that's not how things should work. We expect from casinos to come with impeccable websites, and the pages of Bitz Casino are a reason enough to abandon this gaming house. Why would you waste your time in a website that may crash any time soon? That potentially means losses, doesn't it?

Another problem with the site – you'll be left with no methods of funding if you choose any currency different from cryptos. During sign up, we picked US dollars, and guess what? When we went to make our first deposit we were greeted with the message “Payments are not available. Please try again later.” We created another account in BTC, and when we got to the deposit page, it turned out that BTC is the only accepted method for us! The cashier of Bitz Casino is a total failure, just like the casino, as a matter of fact.

By now, we talked about a few problems, but the issues are many more, including the unverified license, the unattractive bonuses and the missing terms on critical conditions related to deposits/withdrawals. Bitz Casino has bonuses, that's true. However, the weird messages of “Oh, we have no bonuses” are not the only problem. Once we could see the promos, there were 6 banners, 3 of which related to one bonus, 2 related to another one. The one banner left was about some Level Up promotion, but it revealed absolutely no information whatsoever – no prize, no deposit requirements, no wagering, nothing. So, all in all, there are two deposits only – one welcome bonus and one cashback.

That's not enough. Good casinos usually come with more than 10 promotions, both for new and existing players, so in terms of quantity, Bitz Casino is seriously behind. In terms of quality, the size of the bonuses is also higher in other houses, so you have one more reason to dismiss Bitz Casino, and we are just at the beginning of our review. Really, this casino is not good at all. But anyhow, see the bonuses in detail.

• First Deposit Bonus – for new customers and their first deposits only. The deal is that players can double their money for wagering, as the prize is 100% up to $560. The minimum qualifying deposit is just $10, so the bonus is affordable – we have at least one positive aspect in this casino. The wagering requirement, however, is slightly higher than usual – 45 times required by Bitz Casino, while the good casinos will be happy with 30 to 40 times on average. Not a big problem, but still a noteworthy fact. Cash-out limits are not specified.
• Cashback – a poorly specified promotion. The only thing we know is that players can return 5% of their losses for the week. Deposit conditions are not specified, as well as wagering requirements and cash-out limits.

And that's basically it. Only two promos, one of which is poorly specified and related to losses. We can't be happy, as there aren't reloads, mystery bonuses, anniversary, free spins or anything else. Bitz Casino's bonus policy is inferior.

License

The picture at the bottom of this section shows claims according to which, Bitz Casino is a licensed casino authorised in Curacao by Gaming Curacao (master license 365/JAZ). Great, but we didn't have a chance to verify those claims.

The standard for license verification in online gaming is that the house will put a licensing seal usually in the footer of the website – that's what all legit casinos do, and especially those in Curacao.
