Bubbles Bet Review: Scam or Safe?

Bubbles Bet Review: Scam or Safe?

Bubbles Bet is a casino we can’t recommend for a couple of reasons. This enterprise seems to be absolutely unregulated but on top of that comes with some rather unfavorable Terms and Conditions. For example there are quite high minimum withdrawal limits, as well as high rollover requirements. Apart from that the gaming lobby is nothing to write home about, really – there’s a small range of game providers and an average gaming library, respectively.

As for the promotional campaigns, don’t get bamboozled by the generous looking rewards. The bonuses may seem great on paper, but in fact are subject to high wagering requirements. To top it off, the whole range of offers is rather limited in number and is something you can hardly get excited about. The only good thing we can say about this house is that its website is quite sleek and well-thought of. Unfortunately this is not enough in order to recommend it and is definitely not a reason enough to start gambling here. For more details on what to watch out for, keep reading the full review.

The promotional campaigns seem quite generous since they all come with high multipliers and high maximum cash rewards. Still, this may be just a way to trick you into starting gambling here. If you take a closer look at the offers themselves, you’ll realize that not only are they pretty similar and limited in number, but they also come with quite high wagering requirements. As you can see, there’s only a welcome package that covers your first five deposits. Other than that there are no regular reload bonuses, no cash-backs or rake-backs and no live casino offers. On top of that no Tournaments seem to be available at the time of writing which is another bummer. At least you can take advantage of a Spinning Wheel and a Rewards Store. Have a look at some more details down below:

BonusMin depositMax bonusWagering requirementsCash out limit
First Deposit Bonus€20400% up to €2000 + 100 spins50xUnspecified
Second Deposit Bonus€20200% up to €1000 + 50 spins50xUnspecified
Third Deposit Bonus€20150% up to €1000 + 25 spins50xUnspecified
Fourth Deposit Bonus€20100% up to €100050xUnspecified
Fifth Deposit Bonus€20100% up to €100050xUnspecified

Before getting to know the promotions in detail, let’s discuss some bonus conditions they all have in common:

  • First of all, the qualifying deposit in order to claim any of these offers is said to be at least €20. This is actually a standard amount for the sector and a rather affordable investment, so we have no complaints here.
  • The wagering requirement however is completely off the wall. All of the promotions are subject to at least 50 turnovers of your deposit and bonus, which is definitely a lot. As a matter of fact, most of the houses tend to ask for around x30 or maximum x40 wagers, so the conditions here are too exaggerated in our opinion. This means that you’ll probably have a hard time completing the requirement and withdrawing your money – remember that if you don’t manage to make the needed wagers, no cash-outs will be allowed.
  • Furthermore, the casino failed to explain the duration of these offers. Usually most of the houses tend to leave you from a couple of days to a week or even a month in order to use your bonus and complete the wagers. If you miss the deadline, the reward and all accumulated winnings are usually voided. Of course, the exact duration varies depending on the type of promotion, but Welcome offers usually come with a 30-day period. In this case as we pointed out already, no data is disclosed, so we have no idea how much time you have before the bonus expires.
  • In addition, at the time of writing, no No Deposit Bonuses seem to be available. Still, in its Terms and Conditions the casino mentions two main things that might be useful if you stumble across any free reward. As a start, note that withdrawals of winnings generated through free, no-deposit bonuses, or free spins awarded with no qualifying deposit are limited to €100. Any remaining cash balance will be forfeited. Secondly, and more disturbingly, bonuses granted with no qualifying deposit are subject to a play-through requirement of 100x the value of the bonus. This wagering requirement is quite high even for a No Deposit Bonus, so keep it in mind.

Now, let’s have a closer look at the bonuses themselves:

The First Deposit Bonus is available for all newbies here. It features an impressive 400% up to €2000 and 100 free spins. As you see, the reward itself is quite alluring – both the multiplier and the maximum cash reward are pretty generous and the free spins are just an added extra. Still, the whole promotion seems rather suspicious to us, mainly because of the missing e-gaming license of the casino and the high wagering requirement we mentioned already.

The Second Deposit Bonus features 200% up to €1000 and 50 free spins, which is also a great reward on paper. Still, mind the high wagering requirement. In addition, the qualifying games for the free spins are not mentioned.

Your Third Deposit can grant you a 150% bonus up to €1000 and 25 free spins on top of that.

The Fourth Deposit Bonus is said to get you a 100% reward up to €1000. No free spins are included here, but nevertheless, the reward itself still seems attractive without a doubt.

The Fifth Deposit Bonus features the exact same prize as the previous one – 100% reward up to €1000 with no free spins included.

As you see, apart from the Welcome Package, there are no weekly or daily reload bonuses, which is a shame for an online gambling house nowadays. What else seems to be missing are any cash-backs or rake-backs, which are also an essential part of any reputable casino’s promotions.

In addition to that, no Tournaments are to be found at least at the time of writing. There’s a Tournaments section in the menu, but it turned out to be empty. Still, given the fact that there were some previous tournaments that have already expired, there’s a small possibility that some additional contests may be added in the future too. Any details however are unknown.

Apart from that, at least you can benefit from the Rewards Store, which also includes a Lucky Wheel. In short, you can spin the wheel in order to gain additional prizes like free coins, free spins, bonus money, and more wheel spins. Mind however that you have to make at least one deposit with the casino before being eligible to spin the wheel. Apart from that, you can use your rewards right away and exchange coins for bonuses or spins. The best part is that you can spin the wheel every day for a chance to win big, so there’s a positive after all.

The Challenges seem like an additional opportunity to gain some prizes and perks, even though the conditions here are not well explained. The page here is definitely well developed and looks quite fun with vivid colors and captivating images. There are several islands with different challenges on each one. The exact rewards however are not specified.

As we mentioned at the very beginning, Bubbles Bet has a questionable regulation, which makes gambling here rather risky.

On its website the casino claims to be owned and operated by EXCITE CONSULTING EOOD, a company based in Kyustendil, Bulgaria. Nothing is mentioned however about its regulation or alleged license. Usually all of the reputable houses tend to explain the matter first thing first, since it’s the most important feature any player is looking for in a casino. What’s more, most of the houses also tend to provide a dynamic seal, looking like the regulator’s logo which leads you to the actual license. This is one time-tested method to verify your new casino’s credibility. In this case however, no digital seal is to be found, nor any useful information about this casino’s authorisation. For this reason we consider its credibility to be rather doubtful and suggest steering clear from such enterprises.

And if you wonder what all the fuss is about, let us explain how essential an e-gaming license could be. Dealing with a regulated enterprise comes with a bunch of benefits and client protections which won’t otherwise be available with unauthorized casinos. Some of the most distinguished jurisdictions happen to be the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA) and the UK Gambling Commission (UKGC), so you can never go wrong with any of them. Another golden standard regulatory hub happens to be Curacao with its four Master License holders that are authorized by the Government of Curacao to oversee the e-gaming market. Choosing an online house whose activities are supervised by any of them can ensure a seamless gambling experience.

Here are just some of the main differences between a licensed house and unregulated one:

  • The safe and secure gaming environment is probably the first and foremost contrast one can think of. With truly regulated casinos you can play with a piece of mind that your personal data is well protected and in safe hands. To be exact, advanced encryption technology must be used in order to safeguard the sensitive data. On top of that many anti-fraud measures must also be put in action in order to prevent money laundering or identity theft for example. The same cannot be said about unauthorized enterprises, for obvious reasons.
  • The fairness of the games is another feature which makes choosing a regulated casino worth it. With licensed e-gaming companies you can be sure that all games are fully certified and provably fair, mainly because random number generators (RNGs) must be used. The latter can ensure the genuine and unpredictable outcome of each game, which makes any manipulation out of the question.
  • Reputable houses are also obligated to provide reliable and easy to use banking options. With other words all transactions must be as smooth and fast as possible, with no issues ahead.
  • Professional and qualified customer support services must also be provided. This means that with licensed enterprises you should be able to rely on adequate and prompt help in case you have any question or a technical problem occurs. The same cannot be said about unregulated houses, which sometimes come with customer support below the average.
  • And finally, authorized casinos must provide reasonable gaming tools like deposit limits, session limits, and self-execution limits. As for the unregulated enterprises, we just cannot guarantee if you can benefit from such things.

This website seems to be accessible in only one language and that’s English. Again, one more disappointment, so keep this in mind.

Languages: English

On the other hand, there’s a short list of restricted countries, you should be aware beforehand:

Restricted countries: Bulgaria, France, Israel, Netherlands, United States, Virgin Islands, U.S.

Deposit and Withdrawal

Currencies: Euro (EUR)

The payment methods available with this casino also happened to be more or less disappointing and even misleading. On its website Bubbles Bet claims to accept various banking options like credit/debit cards, Skrill, Paysafe cards, and crypto transactions. After we opened an account however only one option was available for making deposits, and only two – for withdrawals. On top of that there turned out to be some quite unfavorable payment conditions, so we suggest having a closer look at the details down below:

Deposit methodMinimumMaximumProcessing timeFee
Credit/Debit Card€20€1000InstantFree

In order to add funds to your account you can count on credit/debit cards, but nothing more. To be precise, the cards are said to be Visa, but no additional options were listed like Mastercard or Maestro for instance. Apart from that, you also can’t find any popular online payment solutions like Mifinity, Skrill, Paysafe card, nor any crypto transactions. As for the deposit conditions, they seem rather standard. The minimum deposit is said to be at least €20 while the maximum is fixed at €1000. All payments are said to be instant and free of charge, which is great.

Withdrawal methodMinimumMaximumProcessing timeFee

As for the withdrawal methods, they feature bank transfers and crypto transactions, but no credit/debit cards seem to be available here. On top of that the specific crypto coins are also not specified, but it seems as if you can use at least Bitcoin. Other options however are unknown. The cash-out conditions are even more disturbing. The minimum you can withdraw is fixed at €200, which is a huge amount. To illustrate the matter, just beware that most of the houses tend to ask for around €10 or €20. As you see in this case Bubbles Bet has significantly exaggerated the amount so the whole requirement is highly unfavorable. At least all payouts are said to be with no fees attached.

The maximum withdrawal per week is said to be up to €500. Nothing is mentioned about the daily or monthly limits though.

In addition to that beware that according to the Terms and Conditions, the customer's maximum winning amount per day (of any type or kind) cannot exceed €100000.

As for the transaction fees, even though single withdrawals are said to be charge-free, note that there are additional requirements when it comes to numerous cash-outs. To be exact, multiple withdrawals performed within a 30-day time frame will be charged with a fee of up to 8% of the withdrawal amount. Still, the exact amount of withdrawals is not specified.

You should also keep in mind that no withdrawals will be allowed before you meet the rollover requirement of x5. In short, you have to make at least 5 turnovers of your deposit – funds which have been deposited and not used for wagering or gameplay shall not be available for withdrawal. To be honest, this is another quite disadvantageous requirement with this casino. In most of the cases, the houses tend to ask for between x1 and x3 turnovers and anything higher than that is considered unfavorable. Furthermore, in case that you don’t meet the requirement of a 5 times rollover of the initial deposit, Bubbles Bet reserves the right to reject or charge the withdrawal request with up to an 8% administrative fee. All in all at least the fee is acceptable, since the usual amounts are between 5% and 10%.

And finally – the Inactive Account policy. This is another standard requirement that every other online gambling house tends to implement. In this case, any account that has not been entered for 6 consecutive months shall be considered inactive. The period of time fits the bill perfectly, since most of the houses also tend to leave you from 6 to 12 consecutive months before your account turns inactive. Furthermore, as a result Bubbles Bet reserves the right to void all remaining funds in your account. This part seems rather unusual, since very often there’s a monthly administrative fee of around €5 or €10 that is being charged instead. On top of that in most of the cases the casino still leaves you the chance to log in and reactivate your account thus stopping the fee from being deducted. Unfortunately no such thing is possible here, obviously. You can read the full statement down below:

Games and game suppliers

Bubbles Bet collaborates with barely 32 game suppliers in total and this comes as the next unpleasant surprise. Just to give an example, note that most of the reputable houses tend to work with around 80 if not 100 software developers, so the list here definitely seems much more modest.

On the other hand among the brands you can spot some pretty iconic gaming studios such as Pragmatic Play, Play’n Go, Wazdan, NetEnt, Quickspin, and Playson for example. This means that even if being more or less narrow, the gaming library will still be loaded with trendy and quality titles – we have to admit that. Here’s the full list of game suppliers this casino partners with:

Game providers: NetEnt, Amatic, EGT Interactiv, Booongo, PragmaticPlay, Playson, Play'n GO, Wazdan, IGTech, Hacksaw, Microgaming, Green Tube, Igrosoft, Quickspin, Playtech, Apollo Games, Merkur, Spade Gaming, Gaming Corps, Relax Gaming, Push Gaming, Nolimit, Betsoft, Belatra, Novomatic, Yggdrasil, Smartsoft Gaming, Spribe, Red Rake

Apart from that the gaming lobby is rather modest and simple, so we are not impressed by any means. Still, it seems easy to navigate, but lacks the diversity and creativity some other houses tend to implement. To be precise, you can find several categories like New games, Popular, Classic, Slots, Live casino, and Favorite. No dedicated category seems to be available for Table games – it’s true that there’s some sort of category on the homepage, but when you enter it the page redirects you to the Live casino activities, so it’s not clear enough what you are looking at. Apart from that, you can filter the games by game provider, but no additional filters or themes are to be found.

The Slots menu here seems definitely average in our opinion – it’s nothing exceptional, but rather decent with around 1500 titles on the lits. Some of the most engaging content you can find here is for example Gates of Olympus, Sweet Bonanza, Book of Dead, Starburst, Legacy of Dead, Age of Heroes, Magic of the Ring, Scruffy Duck, Wolf Cub, Santa vs Rudolf, and Gonzo’s Quest to name a few. Still, beware that beloved titles like Elvis Frog in Vegas, Age of Asgard, Aztec Magic Megaways, Spaceman, and Plinko won’t be available here. From the crash games however you can still find Aviator and Mines.

The Table games are not well organized as we mentioned already. All in all, it seems that they are mixed in one category with the live casino activities. What’s even more disturbing is the fact that you can’t actually benefit from a diversity of casino inspired games – in fact the menu is quite limited and uninspiring. Some of the titles you can enjoy here happen to be Single Deck Blackjack, Baccarat, American Roulette, Roulette Royal, French Roulette, and Blackjack Classic. As we pointed out, the whole category is nothing to get excited about.

The same applies for the Live Casino activities. There’s a small selection of those with nothing to grab your attention in particular. To be precise, the live casino games are said to be around 60, but since they are actually mixed with the regular Table games, the number may turn out to be even lower. The content itself is also rather dull and tedious. Still, here are some of the titles that managed to catch the eye – Spanish Roulette, Baccarat Live, Blackjack Live, Keno, Spanish Blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Teen Patti, Macau Baccarat, and European Roulette for instance.

This casino doesn’t offer any Sportsbook, so keep this in mind if sports betting is your main interest.

Bubbles Bet is definitely not what we were hoping for. Its website may have looked attractive at first with the generous rewards it has, but a closer look was enough to spot the flaws. This is definitely a house you wouldn’t like to waste your time with, let alone to provide your personal data. The absence of any legal e-gaming license is quite disturbing and the main reason to avoid this enterprise. Furthermore, given the unfavorable payment conditions, high wagering requirements, limited range of banking options and quite narrow gaming lobby we think the final verdict is obvious. You can find way better and much safer online gambling houses, so we suggest looking for an alternative.
