You can learn a ton about a casino from the design of its website. This is a belief we have which was only reinforced when we saw the landing page of GambleMaxCasino for the first time. Said page was extremely annoying to browse, with various pop ups and slow loading times. We also didn't like its overall design – the whole thing is basically black, and there is nothing which pops off or grabs the attention of a potential player.
Naturally, we assumed that the casino was going to be subpar, based on its website. And it turns out that was the case indeed. GambleMaxCasino is an anonymous gambling website, which has very poor conditions. There are very limited payment methods you can use, for one. Secondly, the bonuses it has are pretty few and far between, but they also feature very high wagering requirements which are definitely not competitive.
We are also not fans of the games library. This is because it is incredibly shallow, and barely features a couple hundred games. Needless to say, the majority of casinos these days are able to offer thousands of titles instead. If you are curious what playing with GambleMaxCasino can look like, check out the rest of our review, as we discuss just that:
Bonuses
As we said, the promotions with GambleMaxCasino are not all that many. What is available is also burdened with some annoying restrictions, too. But the worst part about the bonuses was the fact that their conditions were buried deep within the Terms of the house. We had to go look for them, which is not fair at all! Players might claim a bonus without being able to preview its wagering requirements and cash out limits first. We don't like that. Either way, here is an outline of the promotions:
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
No Deposit Bonus | - | $888 | 50x | $200 |
New member Deposit bonus | $20 | 100% up to $10000 | 50x | Unspecified |
Referral Bonus | - | $38 | 50x | $200 |
VIP Bonuses | - | Unspecified | 50x | $200 |
Let's start off with some things they have in common before we discuss each of the bonuses. The casino has set a wagering requirement of 50x for any promotion, which does not have a different requirement specified. Since not one of these bonuses had any mention of any wagering requirement, we can confidently say that all of them will have the default 50x one!
If you're wondering what a wagering requriement is, most houses nowadays require you to turn over the bonuses you receive a certain amount of times, before withdrawing. This is done in the interest of fair play, and we have nothing against such requirements in general. On the contrary, we see them as a common part of the conditions of any bonus one can claim from a casino. However, they are usually between 30x and 40x, and some bonuses have even lower requirements. So, the 50x figure is definitely quite subpar.
Another thing which some of the bonuses feature is a cash out limit. As per the Terms and Conditions of the casino, if a promotion does not require a deposit to claim, the maximum you can win with it is $200. Such cash out limits are another common condition for bonuses, and we cannot say that the one here is low. The issue lies with the fact that GambleMaxCasino does not list this requirement on the page of any of the bonuses it applies to. Once again, players might claim a promotion which comes with a condition they don't know about, and we are categorically not fans of that.
Now, let's take a look at each of the promotions by itself:
- The No Deposit Bonus is awarded to anyone who signs up with GambleMaxCasino. The house picks a random amount of money between $10 and $888 to hand out to them. Well, at least it says it does. Who knows whether it does not always default to the minimum amount instead? Either way, even a $10 No Deposit Bonus can be great. The only real issue with the promotion is the cash out limit. Imagine how bad it fees to hit a onus of $800, or even more, and have to wager than 50 times to be able to cash out 25% of it!
- Secondly, the first time you cash in with the casino will net you the New member Deposit Bonus. This promotion is available only once, and is also the only promotion you can get by depositing. It seems to have a minimum deposit requirement of $20, but that is never stated. Since we know that the promotion adds 100% of your deposits as bonus, and since GambleMaxCasino claims that you can get at least $20 with it, then it would stand to reason that the entry cost is just that. Of course, if the house did list its minimum deposit, we wouldn't have to make such leaps in logic! The maximum bonus amount of $10 000 is great, though, and we have no notes. Also, there is no cash out limit. The wagering requirement is not great, but at least the rest of the conditions of the bonus are not overly restrictive. So, that's the best bonus of the casino, and even so, its not that great!
- The third promotion type, called the Referral Bonus, is really confusing. The page regarding the rules of the promotion is quite vague about what it actually rewards you with. It can be claimed once you refer a friend with your unique referral link. The size of the bonus is $38, which is great. What's not clear is who gets the bonus. The page of the promotion claims that your friend does. There is another page, called Treasure Chests, in a completely different part of the casino's website which claims that you unlock said chests as you invite more friends. The first invite nets you $38, inviting 5 more people gives you $160 and so on. It is possible, and likely, that both players will receive the promotion. Once again, we would have just liked to have its conditions laid out better. Either way, it has the wagering requirement we mentioned and the $200 cash out limit.
- Finally, the VIP Bonuses of the casino are unlocked as you deposit more and more with the house. This progresses your account through certain levels, with better rewards at the top. However, we cannot tell you whether it is worth it to do so, because the house has completely failed to mention any of the specific rewards you can get. What does it mean for a casino player to get a welfare activity? That's what GambleMaxCasino claims to offer as part of the VIP incentives, and it means absolutely nothing. Either way, since the promotions do not require a deposit, they will be bound by the same $200 cash out limit. The 50x wagering requirement will also apply to them, as per the Terms of the casino.
License
Similarly to its bonuses, the casino is very lackluster when it comes to its regulation. In fact, the house mentions absolutely nothing about who runs it or from where. That is not a sign that there's automatically something shady about it. However, it does mean you will not be able to get access to the same set of protections you might expect from a licensed casino. Worse yet, you might be criminally liable if you play in an unlicensed casino, based on the penal laws of your country. So we cannot recommend doing that.
Back to the perks of licensed houses, the specific protections you could get will be different, based on where the house has obtained its license from. Certain regulators are stricter, while some of them are a bit more lax about how operators should behave. But all of them tend to offer protections in the same vein. Here is what you can generally expect:
- Self-exclusion, responsible gambling measures: Responsible gambling policies are crucial in making sure that online casinos are safe and fun for everyone. These policies are focused on preventing minors and other vulnerable people from playing and on combatting gambling addiction. You can get a lot of information on what healthy gambling looks like, and what unhealthy gambling can be, from licensed houses. They are also required to provide you with ways of reaching out and getting help if you need it. Additionally, there are certain self-exclusion measures which all gamblers have access to. Said measures can be setting custom deposit limits, time out periods or even closing down your account. They are always available, so that you can reduce your exposure to a casino whenever you might feel like you need to. Of course, to have access to them, you would need to play with a licensed house.
- Tested Games: Every game you play nowadays has its own random number generator, which is a complex mathematical algorithm. It determines whether you win or lose your bet. What's more, these algorithms can be audited, and the outcomes of the games can be reviewed, in order to make sure there is no unfair bias in them. However, you can only be sure that they are actually audited with licensed houses. That is because only they have obligations to carry the games of licensed game suppliers.
- Data safety: When you are playing with an online casino, you are sharing a lot of personal information with the house. This can be your names, phone number, address and even crucial information about your payment methods. Regulators have long held it that this information has to be kept safe, from hackers and leaks, and that's why they have made it a requriement for casinos to encrypt it, using some of the strictest security protocols available to them.
Needless to say, the lack of license with GambleMaxCasino is not great, and we would have much preferred to see the house operate under regulation. Regardless, we should get back to our review of it. Here is the only language you can view the website of the casino in:
Languages: English
And here are the jurisdictions where online gambling is strictly prohibited. Signing up from there is not possible with the casino:
Restricted countries: American Samoa, United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands
Deposit and Withdrawal
Depositing with GambleMaxCasino is only possible with credit cards and crypto. The problem we have with this payments policy is that the house has just two means of cashing in overall, which will always lead players to being restricted in some way. Additionally some players might not want to hassle with crypto payments. However, as credit cards are banned for casino deposits in certain countries, like the UK, they won't have much choice.
Either way, here are the details about the payment policies and the accepted currencies:
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | $10 | $5000 | Instant | Free |
Crypto | $10 | $5000 | Instant | Free |
Currencies: US Dollar (USD), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Tether (USDT)
The minimum deposit is very low – at just $10, it is towards the low end of what most casinos require nowadays, which is $10 to $20. There is no mention of GambleMaxCasino charging fees either, and we don't believe that it does. It is worth mentioning, however, that certain third party charges are generally applicable to the deposits with any casino, These are miner and credit card fees in the case of this house and its payment methods. The player is always responsible for covering said fees, with GambleMaxCasino, as well with any other online gambling house. Now, let's also examine the withdrawal conditions:
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Bank | $20 | $10000 | up to 3 days | Free |
PayPal | $20 | $10000 | up to 3 days | Free |
Crypto | $20 | $10000 | up to 3 days | Free |
Most casinos require the player to wager their deposits between 1x and 3x before cashing out. This is done in the interest of money laundering prevention, and is a very common policy Requirements over the ones we pointed out would be unfair, though. As for GambleMaxCasino, there is no mention of any such wagering needing to be done, but we expect that it might nevertheless be necessary to cash out, so keep that in mind.
Otherwise, the casino claims you can cash out with either bank transfers, PayPal or crypto. It's worth mentioning that the only cryptocurrency it processes withdrawals in is BTC. If you've deposited with one of the other three options we listed above, you will have to covert that to BTC to cash out.
Either way, the minimum withdrawal amount is also fine. It being set to $20 is not out of line from what most other casinos demand. However, it is slightly disappointing, given that the minimum deposit requriement was twice as low. At least the maximum withdrawal amount is fairly high, at $10 000 per transaction.
The processing times for payments are said to be between 24 hours and 72 hours in the Terms of the casino. Yet, the withdrawals page lists them at 5 to 30 minutes. One of the two pages is definitely lying! Either way, even if the house takes 72 hours to cash you out, that's not really all that bad.
Finally, there should be no fees by the casino for withdrawals either, but there's no specific mention of them either way. Third party charges will still apply, though, and you will need to pay for them. That's always the case, regardless of where you play in particular.
There is no information on whether there's an inactivity fee, but one is fairly possible.
Games and Game Suppliers
Most new casinos launch with the titles of at least 50 Game Suppliers. How does GambleMaxCasino stack up to that? Well, let's take a look:
Game providers: Skywind, Playtech
It has only two Suppliers in total! This is one of the most serious issues about the casino. Even if it went and obtained a license, reformed its bonus policies and added a great range of payment methods, the house would still be a failure because of the lack of games to play. Let's take a look at what's available:
Slots: If you are looking for games like Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead, Wolf's Gold and so on you won't find them. Instead, unknow slots like Within Winnin and Cash Mines are available. The amount of Slots is also terrible. Most casinos have thousands of games from this type alone, while GambleMaxCasino barely features over a hundred.
Table Games: The bare minimum we expect of any casino we cover is table games. These are classic casino experiences like Baccarat, Poker, Blackjack, Roulettes and Craps. Does GambleMaxCasino manage to live up to that very bare minimum? Of course not. The house has three table games in total. Those are Blackjack, 3 Card Brag and European Roulette. Live dealer versions of the games are not available either.
What's more, there are no Crash games and Game shows, no Scratch tickers and Virtual games. Either way you slice it, this library of games just does not cut it!
Conclusion
GambleMaxCasino is a terrible casino overall. We give it the lowest possible rating of 1/5, because we cannot think of a way the house could actually offer less to its players. It fails to provide you with a good range of bonuses, or an acceptable amount of games to play. The payment policies are pretty much opaque, when they should be transparent. But we did not expect much from a casino which does not even mention regulation, much less have a license.
Luckily, there are countless better alternatives out there. We are talking about licensed, safe and competitive casinos. Do not hesitate to browse our reviews to find one of them and do not waste your time with this house!
