Jack’s House Review: Scam or Safe?

Jack's House is yet another crypto casino that popped out just recently. With the rise of crypto prices more and more casinos like Jack's House will appear, but they aren't the best option for regular players, and we will explain why in the following review.

The first issue of crypto casinos is that they do not really offer real crypto experience. It's true that players can use digital coins to wager in some slots, but that doesn't significantly improve your stay or make the play any different. On the other hand, in those houses, only crypto deposits are accepted and that makes payments rather complicated. The bonus policy of Jack's House is baffling. To begin with, there are two separate welcome offers, one of which is completely unclear and poorly specified – no deposit requirements, wagering, cash-out limits and any other critical details are known. The other one is not so bad, but apart from it, there aren't any reload bonuses for existing players, which makes the situation even worse.

All in all, every good casino will offer more than 10 promotions for both new and existing players, and often the welcome package will include bonuses for multiple deposits. Not in Jack's House, however, as the casino has only one reliable bonus, and that's all.

In the table, you can see three bonuses listed, but keep in mind that the First Deposit Bonus and the Bet More, Earh More promo are totally obscure, and one cannot really understand what they are all about. Let's see some more for each and every event so that you can understand what we are talking about.

• Casino Welcome Offer – this is the only bonus we consider reliable. The deal is that players will get 100% up to €850 if they deposit €10 or more for the first time. And with that being said, just note that the minimum deposit a player can place is €50, which shows you how reliable even this bonus is. But anyways, in the Casino Welcome Offer, we at least have the wagering requirement specified – 20 times before withdrawal, which is a sound condition. Other casinos ask from 30 to 40 times on average, so Jack's House is good here.
• First Deposit Bonus – a completely obscure promotion that makes the bonus policy even more perplexing. It was never said how this bonus relates to Casino Welcome Offer, and they should have given more details, as we have two separate bonuses for the first deposit. A complete mess! And it gets even messier, as no deposit requirements are designated and it's unknown what the wagering requirement is. This bonus is unreliable, but the prize on the other hand is attractive – a whopping 400% up to €400.
• Bet More, Earn More – another promotion that's obscure as it can get. According to the info in the Promotions page, early players can receive 2x points for all wagers made until the official launch of the points program. Also, players need to join the Discord channel of the casino, but the problem is that the link for it was invalid. And it's not explained anywhere what the points program precisely is. As we already expressed it, the bonus policy of Jack's House is a total mess and we do not recommend it to anyone!

It's true that the house is brand new, so not all of the features may be working now, but that would e poor excuse for the lack of professional touch. Casinos should launch when they are ready to accept players and deliver good offers. Jack's House is no such casino. It's totally unprepared at the time of writing!

License

Jack's House is owned by Jack's House B.V. and is allegedly licensed in Curacao by Curacao Interactive Licensing known as CIL. The problem here is that this licensor company is lagging compared to Antillephone or Gaming Curacao, for example. The latter two have official online validators, so once players click on the licensing seal provided by the casino, players get an instant answer whether the casino is licensed at the time or not. CIL, on the other hand, provides just a PDF, and their licenses are generally considered untrustworthy. We have to admit it, some unfair and untrustworthy casinos can easily forge a license of CIL, and that's a problem.

We don't want to say that Jack's House is lying or deceiving the public, but keep in mind that their license is practically unverified.

Speaking of Curacao, we need to share few words about the regulatory framework there. Online casinos and bookmakers in Curacao are not licensed and regulated by the local gaming authorities directly, but four independent companies do so on behalf of the government – Antillephone, E-Gaming, CIL and Gaming Curacao. Deposit and Withdrawal

The deposit policy of Jack's House disappoints, as well. The first thing to note is that direct credit/debit card deposits are not possible. Instead, players are taken to a website where they should buy crypto and subsequently deposit it in Jack's House. Apple Pay and Google Pay also can be used, but we do not recommend doing so because withdrawals won't be able for neither bank cards nor those mobile methods. The problem is that only cryptos are accepted for withdrawals, as well, meaning that if you use Apple Pay for example, you will still need a crypto wallet for cashing out, so it doesn't really makes sense going through crypto purchases to play in Jack's House. That would be a bothersome experience given that many other casinos will readily accept direct bank card deposits.

Anyways, the minimum deposit is not explicitly specified, but the Cashier showed €50 as a minimum, so that should be the precise requirement. The maximum deposit is not revealed. Each deposit is instant and free.

Only crypto for withdrawal, and should repeat it once again. Even if you have the option to buy crypto via Apple Pay or Google Pay and deposit the digital coins in Jack's House, it's not recommended doing so as you will still need cryptocurrency accounts and wallets to cash out.

The minimum withdrawal is not specified, but once again, the Cashier had the €50 option as the smallest one, so this should be the minimum. The maximum per transaction is not specified, but the amount will be affected by the withdrawal limits. Namely, the caps are as follows: €2500 per day, €10 000 per week and €20 000 per month. The restrictions are not the most relaxed we've ever seen, but are still acceptable.

Withdrawal requests are said to be processed for up to 72 hours and free of charge, but at the same time, Jack's House states that it reserves the right to impose fees. No charges are specified, but just note that your withdrawals may become subject to fees.

Before a withdrawal request is submitted, players should make sure that the rollover requirement of 1 time is covered. In other words, all deposits should be wagered once, which comes as a gaming and AML condition. The standard is from 1 to 3 times, so nothing to worry about here.

A thing that's worrisome, on the other hand, is the lack of any information about inactive accounts. On average, casinos will label an account inactive after 6 to 12 months no login and will charge it €5 to €10 monthly. Jack's House specifies nothing and that worries us because some unfair casinos have the bad habit of confiscating funds from inactive accounts. We consider the gaming library of Jack's House a disappointment, too, for one particular reason. That is, leading studio developers such as Pragmatic Play and Play'n GO do not deliver games to Jack's House, so some of the best slots like Big Bass Bonanza or Gates of Olympus won't be available. In addition to that, the highly popular Game Shows of Pragmatic are also missing, and that certainly makes the gaming lobby not attractive enough.

Conclusion

Once you enter Jack's House, you will notice that the house has a futuristic theme, which we actually liked. The more time we spent there, however, the more problems appeared. To begin with, the casino does not have enough bonuses, so we don't think that it's good even for new players. Only cryptos are accepted for deposit and withdrawals, and on top of all that the gaming lobby is not as good as we expected.
