JoiaBet is a brand new licensed casino with a somewhat very fresh theme. Even though there aren't so very many visual enhancements, staying in JoiaBet is a pleasant experience, at least to us. The beauty is in the eye of the beholder, of course, so we can't make assessment purely from the initial feel of the website. For that reason, we will see the bonuses, will talk about the license, will check deposits/withdrawals and will finally dive into the gaming library. Hence, you will have all that you need to know about JoiaBet provided, so without further ado, let's see the bonuses first.
Languages: English, Portuguese
Bonuses
Bonus | Min deposit | Max bonus | Wagering requirements | Cash out limit |
Casino Welcome Bonus | 10 BRL | 150% up to 1500 BRL | 40x | Unspecified |
Crash Welcome Bonus | 10 BRL | 100% up to 100 BRL | 125x | Unspecified |
The bonuses aren't impressive. Indeed, there are only 2 promos with somewhat subdued prizes. That said, it's still a positive feat for the casino and players alike that there are some free money, so let us discuss the bonuses in more detail.
But first, we shall express our utter annoyance for one very simple and irritating situation. Namely, throughout its website, JoiaBet reveals payment and general conditions in BRL and INR, without a reference to each. You will say it's not a problem, but it is. The thing is that in certain pages some conditions are given only for BRL deposits, while on other pages they are talking about INR solely. It's a mistake, we know that, just a detail overlooked, but the impression is very bad.
More so, once we get the conversion between both currencies, it became obvious that there are massive discrepancies related to minimum deposits, minimum withdrawals, entry conditions for bonuses, prizes and so forth. It's just a nightmare navigating through the TCs of JoiaBet and looking for info. They should fix that, and quickly. Anyhow, given that the bonuses are promoted for Brazilian Reals, we will refer to that currency.
Casino Welcome Bonus – for new players and their first deposits only. The entry requirement is just 10 BRL, which equals ($2) in today's prices, so the promotion happens to be really affordable. A note from us, though, remember that condition cause will talk about it later, as well. Anyhow, the prize is also good enough – 150% up to 1500 BRL ($300). The wagering requirement is reasonable – 40 times, while the cash-out limit is not specified. Note that only slots are available for playing with this bonus – live casino and crash games are excluded.
Crash Welcome Bonus – another welcoming offer designed for crash games only. The entry requirement is unchanged – only 10 BRL ($2), while the prize, however, is significantly reduced – 100% up to 100 BRL ($20). The award is too small for a welcome bonus, and for that reason, we do not really fancy this promotion. The wagering requirement, on the other hand, is awful – 125 times the bonus. In contrast, most casinos ask for 30 to 40 times, not 125 times, which happens to be at least 3 times worse than usual. Cash-out limit is not specified, too.
And that's all. No reloads, no free spins, no cashback, no mystery bonuses, no tournaments, and basically nothing else added. The bonus policy of JoiaBet is a bit disappointing. We wanted to see more.
License
The very good thing about JoiaBet is that the house is licensed, so it's legit, and generally, can be considered trustworthy. The casino is owned by EMIX Gaming Group N.V. and authorised by Gaming Curacao in Curacao. With the authorisation seen above, JoiaBet is free to offer casino games and bookmaker services to players around the world. Quite naturally, some countries are excluded, so for more info, please see the bottom of this section.
Curacao's licenses are generally trustworthy, but there are many details you should be aware of. First of all, we shall say that Curacao’s casino regulation is not as strict as in the UK or Malta. Nonetheless, the country has become very popular among online casinos. That is all due to the affordable licensing fees and beneficial tax policies, allowing casinos to offer a wider variety of games and more rewarding bonuses.
In essence, Curacao’s regulatory framework is very different in its approach. Online casinos are not licensed by the local gaming authorities directly. Instead, four independent companies are in charge of authorisation and consequent control – Antillephone, Gaming Curacao, E-Gaming, and CIL. Each one has the power to grant licenses and oversee if casinos are following all the rules and regulations imposed by the authorities. A common belief is that the supervision is not as strong because of this setup, but some benefits are there, as well. The quicker and cheaper licensing gives more freedom to casinos, and on top of that, the process is usually more efficient when handled by private companies. Plus, having four licensing companies instead of just one means they can keep a closer watch on more casinos in a more efficient way. So, if you’re looking for a casino with extra bonuses and possibly a bigger choice of slot games, you might want to pick one licensed in Curacao. The gambling houses licensed in Curacao are safe enough.

Deposit and Withdrawal
Currencies: Indian Rupee (INR), Brazilian Real (BRL)
Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | 500 INR | 25000 INR | Instant | Free |
Bank | 2000 INR | 5000 INR | Instant | Free |
PIX | Unspecified | Unspecified | Instant | Free |
The deposit policy of JoiaBet is extremely good from one point of view, and simply terrible, from another. One good thing is that the minimum requirement is seemingly very affordable. Another one is that each deposit is free of charge and instant. The bad things, however, are multiple.
First off, all minimum and maximum deposit requirements are designated in Indian Rupees only. The minimum deposit is said to be 500 INR, which equals 30 BRL. Then, how on earth will the entry requirement for both Welcome Bonuses be just 10 BRL when such a small amount is generally not accepted by the cashier. We have a contradiction and that's not good. We shall repeat it once again – JoiaBet should fix those mistakes and quickly.
Secondly, there are very few payment methods available – just three according to the website. This leads to thirdly – we weren't able to register an account in any possible way since passport number is required for a sign up. Simply ridiculous! And eventually, we weren't able to test the deposit system as usual, but that's nothing to do with us. JoiaBet should improve here.
Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
Credit/Debit Card | 500 INR | 50000 INR | up to 3 days | Free |
Bank | 500 INR | 50000 INR | up to 3 days | Free |
PIX | 500 INR | 50000 INR | up to 3 days | Free |
The withdrawal policy has the same issues. In the TCs page, JoiaBet says that the minimum withdrawal is 10 BRL. In the FAQ page, to our surprise, they say the minimum is 500 INR (30 BRL; $6). More discrepancies and more hits to JoiaBet's reputation, which is otherwise a very pleasant and compact gaming house targeting Brazilians.
The maximum withdrawal is 50 000 INR (3000 BRL; $600). The monthly withdrawal limit is 50 000 BRL ($10 000), with no daily or weekly limits designated.
Note that each withdrawal will be free if players have reached the rollover requirement of 1 times. Simply put, players should wager their deposits once to avoid a 10% charge. It's a general gaming and AML condition, which is just fine. Every casino has similar provisos.
The inactivity policy is very affordable – 5 BRL ($1) per month after 12 months no login. The charge is 5 to 10 times cheaper than usual. Good job here!
Games and Game Suppliers

The gaming library of JoiaBet is good. They may not work with an extreme number of providers, but we see the names of PragmaticPlay, Play'n GO and Microgaming, which are three of the tops gaming studios. That being the case, all slots are of high quality, tested and verified, and you will find some of the very best as of today – Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza, Book of Dead and Aviator (by Spribe).
And here are some new slots: Wolfkin, Cash Box, 3 Buzzing Wilds, Lobster Bob's Crazy Crab Shack, Gems Inferno Megaways, Let It Burn, Milkshake™ Xxxtreme, 16 Coins, Mighty Wild: Panther, Goddess of the Night, Northern Temple, Novo, Hugo Legacy, etc.
The lobby in Live Casino is also rich in games. Here are the most popular ones: Lightning Roulette, Xxxtreme Lighting Roulette, Monopoly Live, Auto-Roulette, Mega Ball, Immersive Roulette, Roulette, Lucky 7, Wheel of Fortune, Dice Duel, Bet-On-Poker, Speedy 7 etc.
JoiaBet also has a dedicated Crash Games section, which is a feat we really fancy. Also known as provably fair games, those slots has become increasingly popular among players and are highly sough-after. Here are 10 names found in the library: Spaceman, Mine Field, Aviator, 1000x Busta, Crashout Firework, Crash, Novo, Rocketon, Cash Show, Crasher, Wasabi Whiskers: All You Can Eat, Mine Crash, Crash Evolution.
Conclusion
JoiaBet has all the prerequisites to become a very good casino. It is licensed, has very favourable payment conditions and offers arguably some of the best games in the online casino industry – Pragmatic, Play'n GO and Microgaming slots, in particular. On the other hand, however, the casino is too strict when it comes to registrations – it's unheard of some casino to ask for a passport number during sign up. Another blunder are the irritating discrepancies found throughout the website. We strongly believe that's just a gaffe, but they should fix that and quickly cause it may prompt players to leave. And then, there are the bonuses – simply too few to consider JoiaBet a good casino. So, with all things considered, we see JoiaBet as a casino with potential. Only time will tell if they will improve or not.
