Lion Slots is definitely not remotely close to being a good casino. The large selection of attractive bonuses was the only good thing about it. This is an establishment that operates without a valid license which means that you would not be entitled to any protections whatsoever. The number of games they offered was very low and the quality of these games was often disappointing. Players will only be allowed to deposit in a limited number of payment solutions and will be subject to some unfair conditions.
You will easily find an established, licensed casino that offers much better conditions than that – do not waste your time on Lion Slots.

The casino offers a number of bonuses to new players depositing for the first time. What is interesting is that the exact size of the bonus often depended on the deposit method you are using – clients depositing via credit/debit card, or Bitcoin can generally receive a larger bonus than those using one of the other payment solutions.
- The Welcome Match Bonus is available to all clients depositing $35 or more for the very first time. Clients depositing via credit/debit card, or Bitcoin can get a 310% bonus, all other clients will get 300% on top of their deposit. In both cases, the bonus goes up to as much as $1000. You also get 100 free spins on Bonus Wheel Jungle – you get 20 spins per day for 5 consecutive days. The wagering requirements are standard – 40x – and there is no cash-out limit.
- Clients who deposit $35 or more in crypto can activate a 500% Crypto Bonus up to $100. The wagering requirements here are higher at 45x.
- If you are only planning on playing table games, you can activate the Table Bonus and get a 60% top-up up to $200. The minimum deposit is once again $35 and the wagering requirements are 45x.
- If you prefer to receive bonuses in the form of free spins, deposit at least $50 and activate the Free Spins Bonus. You will get 50 free spins on Wild Hog Luau. The wagering requirements are 40x but keep in mind that there is a cash-out limit – 20x up to $2500. That is still very liberal.
The casino also offers a number of daily, weekly, and monthly bonuses. The minimum deposit amount for all weekly and daily bonuses is $35, while some monthly bonuses require a minimum deposit of $50.
- The Weekly Slots Bonus grants you a 75% top-up – or 85% if you are depositing via credit/debit card, or Bitcoin – up to $500. The wagering requirements are 35x. The bonus can only be wagered on, as the name suggests, slot games.
- There is also an All Games Bonus of 55% (or 65%) up to $500. However, this bonus comes with very fairly high wagering requirements – 50x.
- The Daily Slots Bonus can be activated once a day and grants players a 70% (or 80%) top-up up to $500 on slots. The wagering requirements are 40x.
- Once again, some players might want to receive free spins instead – which is why the casino can grant you 55 free spins of Goblins: Gluttony of Gems up to 3 times a day. The wagering requirements are 40x and the cash-out limit is 10x up to $2500.
- Twice a week, you can deposit with Money Card and activate the 150% Money Card Match bonus and receive up to $300. The wagering requirements are lower here – 30x.
- There is a Monthly Slot Bonus of 95% (or 105%) up to $500. With it, you also get 50 free spins on Desert Rider. You can activate this bonus twice a month but keep in mind that the wagering requirements are 45x and the minimum deposit is higher – $50.
- The other Monthly Slot Bonus you can activate is even bigger – 135% (or 145%) up to $500 but no free spins. The wagering requirements are lower – 35x – and so is the minimum deposit amount – $35.
- Once a month, clients can get 150 free spins on Legend of Helios for deposits of $50 or more. The wagering requirements are 40x and the max cash-out is 10x up to $2500.
- If you are depositing with Money Card, you can get a 175% bonus up to $300 plus 30 free spins twice a month. The wagering requirements are 35x and the cash-out limit depends on your loyalty level with the casino – $2500 for lower tiers, and $5000 for higher ones.
Clients can also take advantage of a Cashback Program, be it a slighly weird one. You can redeem this promotion up to 3 times daily and get additional cash on your deposits. This is quite weird since most casinos usually mean something completely different by cashback – they allow you to retrieve some of the money you have lost playing during a certain period of time. This was not the case here. The casino is willing to grant you between 25% and 40% cashback depending on your loyalty level – which is truly a lot. There are, however, wagering requirements of 15x.
Although Lion Slots' bonuses sound amazing, we could also say that some of them sound too good to be true since the casino promises some very serious cash and free spins – a lot more than we are used to expecting – and does not have any cash-out limits. Keep one eye open when someone offers you such amazing promotions because there might be something wrong.
License
This casino preferred to remain fully anonymous. Although they have supposedly been operating since 2007 which makes them a fairly old establishment, we found very little information about them. We were not even provided with a company name which made checking if the casino is regulated or not impossible.
Lion Slots seems to be based in Curacao – an offshore jurisdiction that has become a popular regulatory hub for online gambling websites in recent years. However, all Curacao-licensed companies are obligated to put a digital seal leading to their license at the footer of their website. With Lion Slots, there was no such seal which means that they are nothing more than an unregulated offshore casino.
The level of safety Curacao-licensed casinos can offer cannot be compared to the one provided by companies regulated in strict jurisdictions such as Malta or the UK. Such casinos have to meet a huge number of requirements related to privacy protection, fraud prevention, and responsible gambling – therefore playing with them is very secure and you can be sure you will be treated in a fair and transparent manner. However, Maltese and UK casinos also subject their clients to more restrictions.
Other establishments prefer to avoid strict regulations but still want to hold a license to prove their reliability – that is where Curacao comes in. Although some of the establishments regulated there are still a bit shady, there are also a number of respected casinos licensed there. The local government has taken an interesting approach to regulations – instead of licensing online gambling establishments directly, they have issued master licenses for four independent companies called master license operators. These companies are the ones responsible for regulating casinos and handling client complaints.
Lion Slots is in no way a regulated casino. And even though that does not necessarily mean that they are scammers, it does mean that you would not be protected in any way. We would recommend that you avoid such establishments since there are plenty of regulated casinos that, on top of everything else, offer much better conditions.

Deposit and withdrawal
Currencies: US Dollar (USD)
Lion Slots accepts a very limited variety of payment solutions – credit/debit card, Bitcoin, and Money Reward Card. For withdrawals, you can also use wire transfers and checks. Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment solution but are usually between 48 hours and 5 business days which is a bit on the slower side.
| Deposit method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
| Credit/Debit Card | $35 | Unspecified | Instant | $35 |
| Crypto | $35 | Unspecified | Instant | Unspecified |
The maximum amount of money a player can withdraw per week is $5000 – which is fairly standard. What is not standard, however, are the fees this casino charges on some withdrawals. If you are withdrawing less than $500 with a credit/debit card, you will be charged a processing fee of $35 – which is an enormous amount of money to pay for just withdrawing. $500 is a sizable amount which is why it is outrageous that this company charges such fees.
| Withdrawal method | Minimum | Maximum | Processing time | Fee |
| Bank | $65 | Unspecified | up to 5 days | Unspecified |
| Crypto | $65 | Unspecified | up to 48 hours | Unspecified |
Games and game suppliers
Lion Slots only works with 3 game providers – which means that the number of games we were given the chance to play was very small. Moreover, most of these games had a kind of retro feel about them – and not always in a good way. Most casinos try to provide access to beautiful, well-designed products – and that is why the selection here was disappointing.
Game providers: Betsoft, Vivo Gaming, Rival
The slots Lion Slots gave us the chance to play looked fairly fine but their number was limited – just a few hundred when plenty of casinos provide access to as many as a few thousand. Some of the titles we encountered in the game library include Cleopatra's Gold, Pulsar, Jackpot Saloon, Icy Hot Multigame, Cash Bandits, Sweet Shop Collect, Masks of Atlantis, Bonus Wheel Jungle, Fortunes of Olympus, Vegas XL, Copy Cat Fortune, Thai Emerald, Asgard Deluxe, etc.
The table game selection was much smaller and more disappointing – it only featured 8 games. At least there was a separate Video Poker section but that was also small. Additionally, the casino offered 3 special games – Keno, Banana Jones, and a European Roulette game.
With such a disappointing game library, we struggle to see the appeal of Lion Slots. It is just laughable to offer so few quality games to players when so many casinos can offer more than 3000-4000 games.
Conclusion
Lion Slots might be a casino that has been in the industry for decades but they failed to prove to us that they are a company worth playing with. This is nothing more than an unregulated offshore establishment that offers few games and supports limited payment options. Although they offer a good selection of attractive promotions, that is hardly enough to convince us that Lion Slots is worth our time.
