The appearance of Amerio is not bad at all, but the more we were browsing through the casino, the more problems we found. To begin with, except for the welcome package in 5 deposits, which is actually awesome, we didn't see any other promos for existing players. And it's not some detail we missed. Amerio has no other bonuses after the welcome package, which is a downside to note.

Another thing is that most of the conditions are confusing, and some are even inaccurate, showing that the casino is not as fair and transparent as we want it to be. That particularly applies to the welcome package with bonuses and payments. For example, all bonuses are designated in US dollars, while the only account currency is BRL. This means that you should recalculate all the prizes for the bonuses, the deposit requirements and possibly other points, which is an annoying activity. Not to mention that some of the conditions advertised on the website may be completely different once you start claiming the welcome bonuses. Keep this in mind.

The gaming library, on the other hand is good enough, even if not the best, so with no further ado, let's get into details. The first thing to discuss are the bonuses.

And that's all with the promotions. No reload bonuses, cashback or any special promo like birthday or anniversary are offered, but since Amerio Casino is a new house, we are prone to think that such promos may appear in the future. At least, we hope so.

As for the company – Millhouse B.V., we cannot give you a lot of information as we could not find other casinos associated with this business. The deposit policy of Amerio is not good. They accept only three methods – cryptos, bank transfers and the Brazilian PIX. We shall inform you about a few extra details, however. First off, the bank transfers are also possible via Russian banks, which is really strange given that the only accepted currency is Brazilian Real and cryptos.

The other thing to note is that critical terms and conditions do not match we saw in the Cashier. To begin with, it's said that the minimum deposit is 100 EUR or US dollars, while in reality, the precise amount is not less than 25 BRL ($5), and it's not even possible to use EUR or USD for depositing. Such inaccuracies may seem insignificant, but are actually critical as they show that Amerio is not fair and transparent. Every casino should specify all conditions accurately, and Amerio simply fails at that.

Another problem – the TCs reveal that popular methods like Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, and other wallets are accepted, which is not true. Such information is misleading, and further cements our view that Amerio is not as fair as it should be!

Anyways, the minimum deposit is just 25 BRL, as mentioned, while the maximum remains unknown as neither Cashier nor TCs revealed any conditions. Not that we would believe what TCs state, but nonetheless, we shall also note that conditions are missing. All in all, some of the conditions are inaccurate, while others are completely missing. We cannot like this!

The withdrawal policy is also subpar, and there are plenty of issues to talk about. First off, let us tell you the good news – the minimum withdrawal is only 20 BRL, and the processing time is within standards – up to 48 hours.

Now, it's time for the problems! Firstly, there are only two methods available – PIX and USDT. Some of the cryptos that are accepted for depositing are excluded for withdrawals and that's simply a terrible situation that will make cashing out ever more complicated. Imagine that you use BTC or ETH. You will send money, and will later understand that you need new wallets, new apps or new accounts where USDT works to get your money. And it's not clear whether Amerio will approve your request as it differs from the original deposit method – the casino explicitly states that deposit and withdrawal methods should match to carry out a transaction! Simply terrible!

Another problem – contradictory conditions. The TCs state that the minimum withdrawal is €/$ 100, while in reality, we already know that those currencies are not used in the casino. This once again shows that all TCs of Amerio are not to be trusted at all. And frankly speaking, the entire casino becomes suspicious when it happens that the TCs are inaccurate and misleading. Keep this in mind. And also, the maximum withdrawal is also unspecified.

Another problem – fees. While at one clause in the TCs, Amerio states that withdrawal requests are processed free of charge, in other clauses it's stated that fees may apply. The size of the fee is not revealed, but just note that withdrawals will potentially include fees.

Another problem – the inactivity fee is not revealed. An account will become inactive after 12 months no login, but no fee is specified. Usually, casinos designate a fee of $5 to $10 per month, but Amerio once again fails to designate the conditions properly. This casino definitely needs to improve!

One more condition that's missing is the rollover – the number of times deposits should be wagered before withdrawal. So, by the end of this section, we can confidently say that very few from the critical gaming conditions are revealed, and that doesn't speak good for the casino.
