Amerio Casino Review: Scam or Safe?

Amerio Casino Review: Scam or Safe?

Amerio is a new casino with a nice dark-ish website, and honestly, it's a pleasure visiting the site. The web layout, however, may confuse you in the beginning, as it's not standard, especially the menu. Nonetheless, once you spent time you will get used to it.

The appearance of Amerio is not bad at all, but the more we were browsing through the casino, the more problems we found. To begin with, except for the welcome package in 5 deposits, which is actually awesome, we didn't see any other promos for existing players. And it's not some detail we missed. Amerio has no other bonuses after the welcome package, which is a downside to note.

Another thing is that most of the conditions are confusing, and some are even inaccurate, showing that the casino is not as fair and transparent as we want it to be. That particularly applies to the welcome package with bonuses and payments. For example, all bonuses are designated in US dollars, while the only account currency is BRL. This means that you should recalculate all the prizes for the bonuses, the deposit requirements and possibly other points, which is an annoying activity. Not to mention that some of the conditions advertised on the website may be completely different once you start claiming the welcome bonuses. Keep this in mind.

The gaming library, on the other hand is good enough, even if not the best, so with no further ado, let's get into details. The first thing to discuss are the bonuses.

Languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian

1st Deposit Bonus$10100% up to $1000 + 50 spins40x$2000
2nd Deposit Bonus$10150% up to $800 + 75 spins40x$1600
3rd Deposit Bonus$10200% up to $600 + 100 spins40x$1200
4th Deposit Bonus$10250% up to $400 + 125 spins45x$800
5th Deposit Bonus$20300% up to $200 + 150 spins45x$600

We already told you that Amerio offers only a welcome package with no bonuses for existing players, so once you complete the promo, we don't see a reason why a player should stay in the casino any longer. We always value casinos that do care for both new and existing players, but Amerio doesn't do so, which will result in its overall rating.

Nonetheless, if you are interested in the welcome package, we will explain it in detail. The promo is great, as it's affordable and deliver awesome prizes – up to $3000 and 500 free spins. That said, we shall remind you that there are some issues with the conditions applied to the bonuses. Amerio designates the bonus in US dollars, but you can deposit only Brazilian Real (BRL), so it's possible that some details in the bonus may be changed. Note that because it's important and let's see some more about the package:

  • 1st Deposit Bonus – the welcome package starts with a prize of 100% up to $1000 and 50 free spins in the slot Sweet Bonanza. The minimum qualifying deposit is just $10 (around 50 BRL today). The wagering requirement is 40 times for both cash and free spins, while the cash-out limit is 2 times the bonus, so in this case, no more than $2000 will be available for withdrawal.
  • 2nd Deposit Bonus – the second part comes with increased percentage and FS amount, and decreased max prize. Namely, players should deposit $10 to get 150% up to $800 and 75 free spins in the slot Buffalo King. The wagering is kept at 40 times, and the cash-out limit is still 2 times the bonus. For this promo, the max for withdrawal is $1600.
  • 3rd Deposit Bonus – in the same fashion, the prize is changed with percentage and FS increased while the max prize is once again decreased. So, deposit $10 to get 200% up to $600 and 100 free spins in the slot Gates of Olympus. The wagering is 40 times, the cash-out limit is 2 times the bonus – $1200 is the max a player can withdraw.
  • 4th Deposit Bonus – in this stage, most conditions are changed with the exception of the deposit requirement – $10, and the cash-out limit – still 2 times. The prize is a whopping $250, but only up to $400 and 125 free spins in the slot Rainbow Gold. The wagering requirement is increased, too – 45 times for this part. The precise cash-out limit is $800.
  • 5th Deposit Bonus – the last part of the welcome package comes with a qualifying deposit of $20, while the prize is 300% up to $200 and 150 free spins in the slot 7 Piggies. The wagering requirement is 45 times, while the cash-out limit is set at 3 times the bonus – $600.

And that's all with the promotions. No reload bonuses, cashback or any special promo like birthday or anniversary are offered, but since Amerio Casino is a new house, we are prone to think that such promos may appear in the future. At least, we hope so.

But before we continue, there is one more issue, so to speak, we can outline. That is, Amerio Casino offers Sportsbook but does not have any bonuses for sports, which is another miss to note. Pretty much all casinos offering Sportsbook will offer bonuses for betting, and we wonder why Amerio Casino doesn't. They should fix this, as well. Not, let's discuss the license of the casino.

Amerio is owned and operated by Millhouse B.V. and is licensed in Curacao by E-Gaming Curacao, meaning that under license 1668/JAZ, the casino can legally offer casino games and sports betting to players around the world. Practically, Amerio Casino is sublicensed by the master holder E-Gaming Curacao, and we'll shortly explain how this work. But now, see where Amerio Casino is closed for registrations.

Restricted countries: American Samoa, Aruba, Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba, Curaçao, France, French Guiana, French Polynesia, French Southern Lands, Guam, Iran, Korea, North, Netherlands, Netherlands Antilles, New Caledonia, Reunion, Saint Martin (French part), Sint Maarten (Dutch part), United States, United States Minor Outlying Islands, Virgin Islands, U.S.

As for the company – Millhouse B.V., we cannot give you a lot of information as we could not find other casinos associated with this business. And it's the first time we review a casino of the company, so we are yet to understand whether players can get a safe and satisfying gaming experience. At least, the company has licensed the casino, which is a significant plus, we shall note.

And speaking of licenses, here is how a license of E-Gaming Curacao works. Curacao’s licensing regime is very different from what people are used to see. On the island, online casinos are not licensed and regulated by the local gaming authorities directly, but four independent companies do so on behalf of the government – Antillephone, E-Gaming, CIL and Gaming Curacao. Each licensor company has the power to sub-license and supervise online casinos, which guarantees that all rules and regulations are followed strictly. It is often viewed that the supervision in Curacao is not as strong because of this approach, but certain benefits are there, as well. The capacity increases since there are four licensors instead of only one, and the overall procedure is seen as more efficient. Also, the licensing process and subsequent control become cheaper and quicker, which gives more flexibility to casinos. Hence, if you’re looking for a casino with extra bonuses and possibly a bigger choice of slot games, you might want to pick one licensed in Curacao.

And here is proof that Amerio is a licensed gaming house.

The deposit policy of Amerio is not good. They accept only three methods – cryptos, bank transfers and the Brazilian PIX. We shall inform you about a few extra details, however. First off, the bank transfers are also possible via Russian banks, which is really strange given that the only accepted currency is Brazilian Real and cryptos.

The other thing to note is that critical terms and conditions do not match we saw in the Cashier. To begin with, it's said that the minimum deposit is 100 EUR or US dollars, while in reality, the precise amount is not less than 25 BRL ($5), and it's not even possible to use EUR or USD for depositing. Such inaccuracies may seem insignificant, but are actually critical as they show that Amerio is not fair and transparent. Every casino should specify all conditions accurately, and Amerio simply fails at that.

Another problem – the TCs reveal that popular methods like Visa, MasterCard, Skrill, Neteller, and other wallets are accepted, which is not true. Such information is misleading, and further cements our view that Amerio is not as fair as it should be!

Anyways, the minimum deposit is just 25 BRL, as mentioned, while the maximum remains unknown as neither Cashier nor TCs revealed any conditions. Not that we would believe what TCs state, but nonetheless, we shall also note that conditions are missing. All in all, some of the conditions are inaccurate, while others are completely missing. We cannot like this!

Each deposit is instant and free.

Withdrawal methodMinimumMaximumProcessing timeFee

PIX20 BRLUnspecifiedup to 48 hoursUnspecified

The withdrawal policy is also subpar, and there are plenty of issues to talk about. First off, let us tell you the good news – the minimum withdrawal is only 20 BRL, and the processing time is within standards – up to 48 hours.

Now, it's time for the problems! Firstly, there are only two methods available – PIX and USDT. Some of the cryptos that are accepted for depositing are excluded for withdrawals and that's simply a terrible situation that will make cashing out ever more complicated. Imagine that you use BTC or ETH. You will send money, and will later understand that you need new wallets, new apps or new accounts where USDT works to get your money. And it's not clear whether Amerio will approve your request as it differs from the original deposit method – the casino explicitly states that deposit and withdrawal methods should match to carry out a transaction! Simply terrible!

Another problem – contradictory conditions. The TCs state that the minimum withdrawal is €/$ 100, while in reality, we already know that those currencies are not used in the casino. This once again shows that all TCs of Amerio are not to be trusted at all. And frankly speaking, the entire casino becomes suspicious when it happens that the TCs are inaccurate and misleading. Keep this in mind. And also, the maximum withdrawal is also unspecified.

Another problem – fees. While at one clause in the TCs, Amerio states that withdrawal requests are processed free of charge, in other clauses it's stated that fees may apply. The size of the fee is not revealed, but just note that withdrawals will potentially include fees.

Another problem – the inactivity fee is not revealed. An account will become inactive after 12 months no login, but no fee is specified. Usually, casinos designate a fee of $5 to $10 per month, but Amerio once again fails to designate the conditions properly. This casino definitely needs to improve!

One more condition that's missing is the rollover – the number of times deposits should be wagered before withdrawal. So, by the end of this section, we can confidently say that very few from the critical gaming conditions are revealed, and that doesn't speak good for the casino.

The gaming lobby of Amerio is good enough, but nothing special. The casino can offer some of the best slots from some of the best gaming providers like Pragmatic and Play'n GO, for example, which is good. On the other hand, however, every good casino can offer the same stuff and more. And the overall number of gaming providers is not so huge, so the gaming library of Amerio can be described as rather ordinary. See some games now:

  • Slots – Sweet Bonanza, Dragon Hero, Book of Demi Gods II, Curse of the Werewolf Megaways, 7 Piggies, 7 Monkeys, Book of Diamonds, Book of Wealth, Muertos Multiplier Megaways, Rainbow Gold, 100 Juicy Fruits, Aztec Bonanza, Secret City Gold, Gems Bonanza, Piggy Bank Bills, Spirit of the Lake, Sweet Powernudge, Fruits Collection 10 Lines, Wild Depths, Buffalo King, Star Pirates Code, Astro Jewels, etc.
  • Instant Win – Amerio also calls them Fast game. The section includes 17 games – Aviator, Space XY, Spaceman, Minesweeper, Heads and Tails XY, Mines, Rocket Dice, Scratch Dice, Keno, Heads and Tails, Plinko, Mini Roulette, Plinko XY, Goal, Dice, Hilo and Plinko.
  • Jackpots – Curse of the Werewolf Megaways, Muertos Multiplier Megaways, The Dog House Megaways, Lucky Lady Moon Megaways, Spin & Score Megaways, Great Rhino Megaways, Christmas Carol Megaways, Starz Megaways, Buffalo King Megaways, etc.
  • Live Casino – the live section is rich in games, but it's not well-structured. What we particularly didn't like is that there is no subsection with Game Shows – some of the most popular games nowadays. If you want to entertain yourself in a Games Show, you should browse through all games to find anything. Not the best option. Anyways, in the Live Casino, players can find many real dealer tables of popular classics like Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette, Poker, Teen Patti and so forth.
  • Game Shows – Boom City, Cricket War, Snakes & Ladders Live, Mega Wheel, Mega Roulette, Sweet Bonanza CandyLand, and others. In fact, there aren't many Games Shows, which is a minor downside to note.
  • Sports – Brazilian players love Football, so it's not a surprise that Amerio offers Sportsbook. Expectedly, the section is good enough, as it features tens of sports, hundreds of leagues and thousands of events available for live and pre-live bets. The outcomes in Football, the most popular sports for betting, are hundreds – 1×2, end result, corners, goal scorers and so forth. Overall, we are pleased with the Sportsbook section, but the theme is not the best in our eyes. We've seen better ones.

First, let us tell you how we rate the casinos. The minimum rating we can give is 1 star. Amerio gets 3 – one additional for the license, and another for both the generous welcome package and the acceptable gaming library. As for the rest, the casino disappoints in many areas – no reload bonuses, poor payment policy, missing and contradictory TCs are just a few issues to note. So, with those things considered, we think that Amerio is a mediocre casino. If you plan on depositing there, please browse through Scamosafe first. You will see many other casinos that are significantly better than Amerio.
