Jackie Jackpot Review: Scam or Safe?

Jackie Jackpot Review: Scam or Safe?

The first impression of Jackie Jackpot was that we were about to deal with a subpar casino, and by the conclusion mostly all our expectation were met. The website is unimpressive and really does not do a good job at inviting the client in, and there is no prevailing theme whatsoever. The rest of the review will comment on the other elements of the platform.

It was either an internal error or something unexplained, but all the bonuses were only in German, and we could not find a way to change the language, even though the website has 3 official languages. So it was not easy to get the bonus information, not that there is any. So, if you notice a lack of details, don't blame our inability to read German, but Jackie Jackpot's lack of bonus details.

First Deposit Bonus of 100% up to £200: This bonus is advertised on the home page as a banner, and it has no details whatsoever besides what the banner says. And these banners tend to be short. What we learn is that the minimum deposit is €10, and that the bonus must be used within 21 days. During this time thus user has to complete a 35x wagering requirement.

Free Spins Deposit Bonus: The amount of free spins depend on the amount the client invests.

  • Invest €1000 to get 50 free spins
  • Invest €500 for 25 free spins
  • Deposit €100 to get 10 free spins.

There's a 35x wagering attached to the preliminary profit generated by the free spins. However, this bonus is very poor. The pay off does not really make it worth it” usually for a €100 deposit the cleitn should get at least 50 free spins, while €1000 should, technically, get you almost 500 free spins.

Monthly Madness Bonus of up to €20 000: Participate in this bonus once per month by simply playing For every €20 you wager you get one point counting towards a special leaderboard. Each month the user will win money. Only BuyWin games apply, and only stakes above  €0.50 will count towards the wagering. There is a fee mentioned attached to the BuyWin feature applies, but it is no detailed. Moreover, there was no wagering discussed. Also, this BuyWin feature remains a mystery, and we are not sure exactly how to access it. It showcases the casino's faltering internal operations that are not lost on the broader casino elements.

Tournaments: At the time of writing this there are a couple of these active tournaments, but there is something about the way they are presented that tells us that there are not quite a highlight. Despite this feeling of ours, one of the main tournaments curranty active is the Pragmatic Play's Drops and Wins one. Tournaments are events were users compete with each other and get big rewards as a result of being on top.

Loyalty Program: All we know about the VIP program is that there is a total of 7 levels, with players climbing one by one by investing, playing, and wagering. The client will get awarded with personalized bonuses, extra bouses, personal VIP account managers,  special cashback bonuses, and more offers. As Loyalty programs stand, this one is pretty standard.

We cannot really put a finger on the bonus situation, but there's one thing for sure: it is ambiguous and not well presented.

LICENSE

Jackie Jackpot is owned and operated by Reward Group ApS, a company that is  incorporated under the laws of Denmark. However, the games on the website are operated by Aspire Global International LTD, a firm that is based in Malta and that is consequently regulated by the Malta Gaming Authority, holding a Remote Gaming Regulations of Malta.
Aspire Global International LTD is further a holder of an Irish Betting License.

A good way to think of the Maltese license is, if you are acquainted with FX and CFDs trading, is to consider it under the same caliber as CySEC. Having a very strong and firm approach to regulation, but not as unforgiving as the UK regulators.

Malta is perhaps one of the best places to be regulated, for an online casino. It has been around, as a major online casino jurisdiction, since 2004. During its near 20 year experience is has been able to acquire a set of licensing framework that have churned some of the best casinos in the industry. So a license from Malta is, at the very least, a sign of safety and security.

The first major requirement from the casino is to keep all user money and data safe and away from harm. This is achieved throguh a transparent structure, a crime free last, and the adherence to the best anti fraud policies and software.

The second major requirement is quite obvious; that of being transparent in one's games fairness. All Jackie Jackpot are completely unbiased, meaning that they use random number generator software to make sure every spin or game of luck is just that, without exception.

Finally we have customer support and care. The first is pretty self explanatory: a good customer support system can help the casino prosper  y increasing its reputation. As for the “care” part, we are referring to a good anti gambling addiction policy: the casino has to be able to identify and deal with gambling addiction, and there are third party sources that can help greatly in this fight.

There are dozens if not hundreds of other requirements that the Maltese regulator imposes on all its licensees, all having to do with the safety and fairness of users, as well as the smooth running of the casino platform.

There was a payment page with only a limited amount of information, which to us seems like a waste of potential. We are referring to the lack of a minimum deposit amount. It's a loss, and moreover, users will not know what's expecting them. The other conditions, although on display, are lackluster, showing a very limited variety of payment methods. The legal documents also mention the presence of bank transfers, so we have included them in the table above, despite the fact that the payments page  does not mention them.

Fees are not applied by the casino, but that doe snot mean that there are no fees whatsoever. We are talking about the system fees as well as the conversion ones. System fees are commissions issued by the payment methods, while conversion fees are linked to the currency you deposit in.

Jackie Jackpot does not tolerate chargebacks. In a case where the user makes a chargeback the client will have to reimburse the casino for it. Exactly how much, or how, has not been revealed.

The dormant account clause returns here, as with all casinos. After a 12 month period during which the user has not logged in for the duration of time the casino will move to a fee. A €5 monthly maintenance fee will be active until the user's account get reactivated or the account funds reach zero or below the fee threshold.

GAMES AND GAME SUPPLIERS

Now we move to the disappointing aspect of the casino. First of all, there was no organization at all here. There are no filters and not sub categories. For example, the slots are just clumped together, but at least there's a search bar. The overall look of the casino is also disappointing and has nothing to offer in reality. It's very bland and boring to scroll throguh the gaming section as well as the website as a whole.

The slots games include the likes of Book of Dead, Fire Joker, Luck of the Dragon, Legacy of Dead, Majestic King, Reactoonz, 9 Pots of Gold, Wanted Dead or Alive, Rise of Olympus, Jack and the Magic Beans, Fairy Dust, and more. It's actually a decent collection of games, but the way it it presented and organized really places barriers that could have been easily avoided. This is a highlight of the casino, but it's not enough. It needs more content and more feature to compete.

Then there is a live casino section, that includes a limited number of games: Blackjack, Live Shows, Baccarat, Sic Bo, and Poker. There are version of these, but it never feels deep enough to be compelling. It feels limited when compared to other casinos, good ones of course.

And that's all the casino has to offer. It is definitely limited, and there is not much to say about the casino. In reality Jackie Jackpot is limited and presents a bland collection. It will have a hard time competing with the a majority of casinos. In all honesty there are hundreds of casinos that you can play now that are better than this one.

Game providers: PragmaticPlay, Play'n GO, NetEnt, Yggdrasil, Push Gaming, Tom Horn, Thunderkick, Wazdan, Betsoft, Microgaming, Evolution

CONCLUSION

Jackie Jackpot is painfully average and that cannot bring it any anything revolutionary. Yes, it is regulated by the Maltese commission which is one of the best in the world, but still Jackie Jackpot has not taken full advantage of the resources it has been given. And that is a sin in this industry, considering how competitive it is. It is not easy to recommend the casino in the state it is currently in.
