Valor.Casino Review: Scam or Safe?

Valor.Casino Review: Scam or Safe?

Valor.Casino is not a good casino to work with, no matter how you look at it. They offer very few bonuses – and the conditions surrounding the ones they do offer were very unclear. The casino also had some quite unfair conditions surrounding withdrawals and puts a limit on the maximum winnings a player can make. Even though they offer a lot of slot games, the number of table games and live games was all but impressive. But what bothers us most is that we are not sure that this is a regulated casino despite them claiming otherwise – we simply did not have a way of confirming their regulatory status.

All in all, this is a casino that is more on the shady side – they might not be scammers but they also do not have all that much to offer to players.

Bonuses

Valor.Casino did not provide a lot of information about the bonuses it offers. Although it seemed like there might be more bonuses than just the ones mentioned below, the casino's Bonus section was completely empty and offered no information. When it comes to bonus-related conditions, we were not impressed with the ones Valor.Casino presented us with.

BonusMin depositMax bonusWagering requirementsCash out limit
Refer a Friend-$10--
First Deposit Bonus$2125% up to $300 + 250 spins60x-

There is supposedly a Referal Program – clients get $10 for every person they refer that opens an account with this casino. No further details were provided.

There is supposedly some sort of Welcome Package but the casino only provided information about the First Deposit Bonus. You only have to deposit $2 in order to receive this bonus which is a lot lower than average – most casinos would usually ask for $10-20. If you deposit in the first 7 days after you register, you will receive a 100% up to $300. If you deposit in the first 15 minutes, you will receive 125% up to $300. The wagering requirements you will have to meet are, however, extremely high – 60 times the deposit plus the bonus. We would call something around 30-40x standard wagering requirements – everything else is a lot harder to fulfill but at least the casino gives you 30 whole days to meet the requirements.

We were not impressed with Valor.Casino's promotional offers – many established casinos offer amazing Welcome Packages, Reload Bonuses, and Chargeback programs.

License

Valor.Casino is supposedly based and regulated in Curacao. They have put a standard Gaming Curacao digital seal at the footer of their website. Each company regulated in this country is obligated to provide such a seal – this way, clients can easily trace the license and confirm it is legit. However, with Valor.Casino we ran into a problem – the digital seal was not currently active and we were unable to click on it. This does not necessarily mean that the company is not regulated or that we are dealing with scammers – but it certainly makes the matter of Valor.Casino's regulatory stratus a lot shadier.

Curacao is an offshore jurisdiction that has become quite popular in the online gambling industry in recent years. Some casinos want to avoid the strict regulations that exist in countries such as Malta or the UK but still want to prove to clients that they are reliable and offer a certain degree of safety. That is where Curacao comes in – although it is much easier to obtain such a license, local companies are still obligated to meet some requirements and prove that they will treat clients in a fair and transparent manner. Anti-fraud and privacy protection policies apply, and games have to be randomized. The government of Curacao does not regulate online casinos directly. It has instead issued master licenses for four companies – called master license holders – that are then responsible for regulating casinos and handling client complaints. Gaming Curacao is one of these companies.

Considering the fact that we cannot confirm that Valor.Casino is licensed, we cannot say with complete certainty that they are a safe company to play with. We would recommend checking out some casinos regulated in Malta or the UK, or bigger offshore casinos that have already proven that they are safe and reliable.

Valor.Casino did not provide clear information about the payment solutions it offers. When we tried to make a deposit, we were not allowed to do so. The logos of a few well-known payment solutions were displayed on the website – that is the only information we could go from. No specific information was provided about additional fees or deposit processing times.

Withdrawals are processed within 72 hours which is quite standard. However, there were a few withdrawal conditions that were all but standard. You would not be able to withdraw more than $7000 a month which is outrageous – most casinos would generally allow you to withdraw far more money. The maximum net winnings in a 24-hour period per account, are limited to $5000. Moreover, the maximum winnings you can make as a whole is $50 000 – which is extremely limiting.

With such conditions, the casino is actively trying to restrict your access to your winnings which is simply unacceptable.

Games and game suppliers

Probably the only good thing about Valor.Casinowas the okay game library it presents players with. The casino works with a number of respected game providers and is, therefore, able to provide access to a high number of games.

Game providers: 3 Oaks, PragmaticPlay, Booming Games, Playson, Amigo Gaming, BGaming, Platipus, Gamebeat, Spinomenal, Evoplay, KA Gaming, Smartsoft Gaming, Gamzix, Habanero, Caleta, Tom Horn, Spade Gaming, Belatra, Red Rake, Charismatic, Dlv, CT Interactive, Fantasma, Electric Elephant, Felt Gaming, HoGaming, Green Jade Games, Max Win Gaming, PGSoft, Northern Lights, Print Studios, Silverback, STHLMGaming, Storm Gaming, Superlotto, Vibra Gaming, Triple Cherry, Mascot, Slotmill, Relax Gaming, Big Time Gaming, Vivo Gaming, Macaw Gaming, Betsoft, Espresso Games, Elysium Studios, Zeusplay, Revolver Gaming, BetGames.tv, Leap-Gaming, Nucleus, Concept Gaming, Lotto Instant Win, Other

The casino offers more than 2000 slot games. The variety of themes was more than decent and each player will surely find something to fit their particular tastes. Some of the games you will have the chance to enjoy include Red Dragon vs Blue Dragon, Myrtle the Witch, The Secret of the Opera, The Asp of Cleopatra, 3 Butterflies, Red Lights, Fruit Zen, Event Horizon, Enchanted, Dr. Jekyl and Mr. Hyde, 4 Seasons, Black Gold, Christmas Carol, Aztec Temple, Lucky Money, Sakura Wind, and many more.

The table game selection was smaller than average but still featured a decent number of casino games like Poker, Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulettes. Players will also be able to play a few versions of Keno, Craps, and Dice games as well as a decent number of Bingo games.

What we found quite weird is that when we clicked on the Live Casino section, we were not just presented with live games. In fact, this section was a huge mess, a mixture of slots, and random games. We were able to find a few live games in the game library but their number was not significant.

Players will also have the chance to play some more casual games and crash games – you can enjoy titles such as Aviator, Minesweeper, Heads and Tails, Plinko, DJ Mario, etc.

As a whole, Valor.Casino's game library was not bad – but there are plenty of established casinos that can offer more games organized in a neater way.

Conclusion

Valor.Casino is an offshore casino that might be working without a valid license. That is enough to make us question if we should really be working with them. But that was not the only problem with this establishment. They might offer a decent number of slots but very few live events. The payment method information and bonus-related conditions were quite unclear. Finally, the casino limits the maximum winnings a client can make which is hardly standard or okay.

We see no reason why you should be wasting your time on Valor.Casino when so many established casinos offer much better conditions.
